BethHarold Home Health Care Has Openings for the fololowing Postions:

Occupational therapists:
licensed health professionals who are trained to evaluate patients with joint conditions, such as arthritis , to determine the impact the disease on their activities of daily living. They can design and prescribe assistive devices that can improve the quality of the activities of daily living for patients with arthritis and other conditions of the muscles and joints.  Occupational therapists provide and supervise therapy services for the clients.

Physical therapists:
help our clients suffering from disease or injury improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity. They assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs.

Registered nurses:
are those persons who have graduated from a formal program of nursing education (diploma school, associate degree or baccalaureate program) and are licensed by the appropriate state authority.  They provide nursing services to clients in the home and accepts accountability for his/her nursing practice.  The RN assesses the client’s health care needs and coordinates all services required for total case management.

Licensed practical nurses:
are graduates of a school of practical nursing whose qualifications have been examined by a state board of nursing and who has been legally authorized to practice as a licensed practical or vocational nurse (L.P.N. or L.V.N.), under supervision of a physician or registered nurse.  The LPN provides nursing care and teaching to clients/families.  She/he also functions as an assistant to the Physician and Registered Nurse and is supervised by the RN. 

Certified Home Health Aides:
provide personal care and related services in the home.  They function under the direction, instruction and supervision of the RN.  Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) complete a basic aid training program consistent with state AND federal requirements and for which a certificate was obtained or completion of one year’s employment as a nurses aide in a hospital, health-related facility or private home.
